OPEN CALL FOR MOVIES

Film Event “Catch this Day with Me!” is focus on projections of the movies related to the topic of “Life, activities and achievements of people with disability”. In addition of projections, the program includes filmmaking workshops, exhibitions and panel discussions.Film Event has an international character with aims to: inform the public about the way of living and rights of people with disability, to achieve a better understanding and acceptance of diversity and to impact the media in order to achieve a more adequate reporting on the activities and cultural events in which there are participants with disability.

The application for Film Event must contain the following:

• Completed application form
• 1 original and 1 copy of movie in DVD format
• The movie must contain subtitles in Serbian or English language

Selected movies will be shown on the 8. International Film Event, during the September 2010 in Novi Sad (Serbia). The best movies will be award and shown also on the International Festival of European Documentary Movies “Euro-In” in December in Novi Sad.
